Lloyd's horrified to hear that Cheryl's husband Chris has hit her - and not for the first time. He's further stunned when she demands that he take her home as Russ is due back. Lloyd suggests that Cheryl report him to the police but she's insistent she'll deal with it her way. However, when a reluctant Lloyd drops her off, Chris watches on as she thanks Lloyd with a hug. Sean and Michelle hit on a plan to contact Violet and with that, they set up a fictitious Facescene page in the name of 'Liz McDonald'. Sean knows it's not ethical but he's desperate for news of his son Dylan. Meanwhile, Nick's thrilled when Dave confirms another order with 'Nick's Nicks'. With the orders now dripping in steadily, the girls start to enjoy their work again - and their boss. Later, when Nick informs Natasha that he can now pay her back the money she lent him, she's secretly disappointed to lose her hold over him. However, she's soon won round again by his charm. Elsewhere, Tina and Graeme's relationship deepens; Steve's puzzled to hear the Streetcars contract with the strip club has been cancelled and tackles Lloyd; Ken and Deirdre entertain Lewis and Audrey over dinner but it's Deirdre and Lewis who make a connection.
